About Our Founder

UGSI, LLC was founded by Komal Shah Kapoor, Ph.D., a communication scholar, educator, and writer. 

After two decades of work in academia, media, and consumer research, Komal created SpeakerPost to foster meaningful learning and Green Sea Shells to encourage intentional living.

Her work is guided by a simple belief:
